Prior to Kinetic Outcomes, I was Senior Director, Strategy and Market Data within the Technology division at GlobalData, a leading provider of consulting and business intelligence. I was responsible for global coverage of ICT strategy and market data, managing a team of 29 analysts and consultants. In addition to the delivery of all research, I was responsible for developing client relationships and supporting business development. I also managed major ICT consulting engagements.

Prior to GlobalData, I worked for seven years at Orange at the Group level in strategy and strategic marketing roles. These roles covered the fixed, mobile and converged sectors, and on a geographic basis involved working closely with Orange’s challenger OpCos in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In particular, I led the development and implementation (via M&A, organic means and partnerships) of Orange’s group-wide fixed-mobile convergence strategy.

At Orange, I was also the Group’s UK country manager, responsible for managing the relationship between Orange and the fixed-line business of the UK OpCo (Orange UK/EE). I coordinated corporate expertise to support the UK leadership team and advised Orange Group’s ExCom on Orange UK’s fixed performance and made strategic recommendations on the direction of the OpCo. On the Group’s decision to sell its stake in EE to BT, I led the due diligence of BT, related to Orange taking a stake in BT as part of the transaction.

I hold a BA Hons degree in History from the University of Warwick and an MBA with distinction from Warwick Business School.
