I founded Kinetic Outcomes Ltd in 2023 after 23 years working in and alongside telecoms and digital infrastructure businesses, helping leadership teams navigate complex strategic decisions in some of the world's most demanding markets.

I have worked on projects across EMEA, NAM, LATAM and APAC, advising CEOs and C-level executives on the decisions that matter most: where to grow, how to compete, when to invest and when to hold back.

I work directly with every client. There is no handover to a junior team. What I provide is 26 years of hard-won experience applied to your specific situation, with no agenda other than helping you make the right call.
